Locus perennis

One of the most important technical monuments in South Bohemia.

It is called "Everlasting place" or "The middle of Europe". It is situated in the forest on a beautiful meadow near a small town called Lišov, not far from České Budějovice. You can see there a 2 meters high pyramidical memorial, which symbolizes an old levelling point.
