Red stone Castel
Red stone castle is Renaissance-Baroque castel built between 1135 and 1140. It is named after the red colour of the quartzite on which was built and the most beautiful and one of the best preserved castel in the Little Carpathians Mountains. Today, the castel is a seat of the specialized Slovak National Museum branch concerned with the housing culture of the nobility and in Slovakia. The visitors can admire the famous times of the castel and scenes from its rich history.
