Trakai Island Castle and Užutrakis Manor

Trakai Island Castle is a located in Trakai, Lithuania, on an island in Lake Galvė. Trakai was one of the main centers of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and the castle held great strategic importance. It is the only island castle In Eastern Europe.

Užutrakis Manor is located near the Galvė lake in Trakai. Užutrakis Manor was established in 16th century and was called "Algirdo island". From this manor you can see picturesque scenary to Galvė lake with many small islands and Trakai island castle. Užutrakis Manor is surrounded by a beautiful park.
